WORK
Mandatory overtime at work is sucky. Doctors who can't figure out two plus two? Even worse. *sigh* I hate UHC. I'd worry, but everyone at work hates UHC. Doctors hate UHC (and are dumping patients because of this new policy). So, yeah, sucky.
(Though overtime pay? Good. 6am until 5pm, sucky, but yay monies!)
HOME
My sister is home for a bit, before she moves to Florida. Florida! A whole nation away! I'm totally good with this. But still, moving is stressful, plus sister is stressful, which equals...well, a whole lot of stress at home right now. Ah, c'est la vie. It'll make her happy with her beau, so a little discomfort during the transition isn't bad.

Just got all my panels figured out. I'll be submitting them sometime this week. Yay!
The Fiction Contest is almost ready. I should have the page and guidelines ready for the next update very, very shortly.
Need to investigate alternative deli options for the Dealers since the one we used last year is still in the process of moving. They said they'd be open by now, darn it.

Woo! YaoiCon's up and running. Still waiting to hear if I'm judging again this year, but otherwise looking forward to seeing everyone! Booked the room yesterday, hoping for the same suite as the last two years. *crosses fingers* Got about...seven panels planned, tons of crap to sell, and a small nest egg building to buy a bishie. ^-^ I should be coming in Thurs and leaving Monday.

You know, someone commented the other day that I don't post enough here. I just don't think my life is that interesting. Most days it's rather boring. Like today, the big thing? I got to work with Medicare cases at work. Wheee! Easy day! But otherwise? Yeah, kinda boring. Though if anyone wants to hook up at the new San Mateo 24 Fitness, I'm there three, four days a week around 4ish. And that's basically it, work, gym, sleep.
Except Fridays. Oh, Gamers Conclave, how I missed you over the winter break. There's a group at university who gather every Friday to play board, card, and RPG games. I've always kind of shied away from the RPG games, but this year? Gave it a shot. And now, I'm totally into Werewolf. Ohhh, so into it. Having tons of fun. That usually lasts till about 1-2am, and I'm not looking forward to summer, when the group goes on hiatus again.
There's also an anime yaoi group that meets Saturdays occasionally. I've missed the last few (bad weekends with the neighbors), but I'm gonna try and get back to that.
Oh, and I still haven't had a birthday party yet. Weekends are, ironically, really bad for most of my friends. Ah well, it's just quarter-century. Maybe I should just hold off partying until YaoiCon (heh).
Speaking of which (and on a final note), YaoiCon dates are up! Hotel and other information to come soon. Yay!

Hope everyone had a good V-Day. Me? I watched some Doctor Who, and then Remember WENN. That show? Was SO awesome. I mean, fantastic, terrific, brilliant...I don't know why AMC ever canceled it. Sadly, I only have till mid-season 3. Anyone got the rest? Pretty please?
